Cinnamon cookies
300 grams flour
200 grams sugar
200 grams margarine
2 tablespoons syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teasspoon natron
1 teaspoon vanilla
All mixed together, knead. Slice down and roll into srips and then flattened on the baking plate.
Bake at 180 C for 10-15 min. When cakes are removed from the oven, they are cut into strips (2-3 cm) with pizza knife when it is still hot.
Putted into small bags. Redy for Farmers market :) Good with Coffe.
Banana cup cake for Farmers market - Iceland
3 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 large bananas mashed
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 egg
2/3 cup melted butter
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter in a large bowl, until it is smooth.
Put into paper Cups.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Bake for 10-15 minutes.
